I just want to contact you regarding my experience with Carlos Infante, one of your agents. I would like to begin by saying that I was a broker in Rockland County and was actually a trainer of new agents. That being said, I know what the qualities are of a good agent. To say that Carlos is a good agent is a gross understatement. From the initial point of contact, when I was thinking about listing my 2-family home, and every step until the closing, Carlos proved to be one of the most amazing agents I have ever experienced. As I live out of state, Carlos assumed the responsibility of every step of the process. This was an unusually difficult sale due to major problems with a tenant. Carlos handled every obstacle, and there were so many, with patience, intelligence and terrific negotiating skills. Throughout the entire, and lengthy process, he was in contact with me on almost a daily basis, (even while on vacation in Europe), with the update and “hand holding” through it all. I am sure that this sale would not have moved forward without my good fortune of having Carlos as my agent.

I used Coldwell Banker Agent Carlos Infante to search for an apartment. I explained to him what I was looking for and he was very attentive and helpful. He was also very patient and understanding throughout the whole process. I was very selective, but eventually he found me a place. The apartment that we found required a board approval, and the application was somewhat confusing and difficult. Again Carlos tirelessly assisted me through the application process. He continued to remain helpful even after I obtained the apartment. I was extremely satisfied with Carlos service and efforts. I highly recommend using him for all your real estate needs.
